Carlo Burelli is a research fellow in Political Philosophy at the Department of Antiquity, Philosophy and History of the University of Genoa. His research lies at the junction between Political Philosophy and Political Science. He is the author of two monographs (E fu lo stato, Mimesis 2010; Realtà Necessità Conflitto, Carocci 2020) and of several scientific articles on important national and international journals (European Journal of Political Theory, Critical Review of International Social and Political Philosophy, Journal of Common Market Studies).
Niccolò Donati is a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Social and Political Studies of the University of Milan, where he took part in the REScEU project. His research focuses on how EU solidarity emerge and which policies underpins it, with particular interest to the EU cohesion policy. He has published on Social Policies.
