Nicola Maggini is Assistant Professor in Political Science at the Department of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Milan. He is a member of the research laboratory spsTREND “Hans Schadee” and of CISE (Italian Centre for Electoral Studies). His main research interests are socio-political attitudes, electoral systems, voting behavior and party competition in comparative perspective. He published research articles in various scientific journals such as Journal of Common Market Studies, West European Politics, American Behavioral Scientist, South European Society and Politics, Quality & Quantity, Italian Political Science Review, and others. He is the author of the book “Young People’s Voting Behaviour in Europe. A Comparative Perspective” (Palgrave Macmillan, 2016).
